The ESREF2010 Conference is now open to late-news papers. Experts with very recent achievements in the field of the reliability of electron devices, power devices, optos and solar cells are encourage to submit their works. Deadlines are:

August 8th - submission of abstracts

August 22nd - notification of acceptance

September 10th - final submissions

The ESREF2010 staff hopes to welcome you in Montecassino and Gaeta, Italy!

Notification of acceptance

The notification of acceptance has been sent to the authors. Authors should have received two separate e-mails: - acceptance for oral/poster or reject, including paper reference number and - reviewers' comments Authors should prepare the final paper (page limit of 6 pages) before May 30th. A mentor will be assigned in the next days to follow the authors' work.
